§1 ACCOUNT
- All data is personal and therefore cannot be transferred.
- Any account created with a temporary (disposable) email address will be automatically disabled and blocked by the system.
- The management is in no way responsible for stolen, sold and/or deleted items, sharing of account details, theft or any kind of loan.
- It is recommended to use a strong password, if a third party gains knowledge of your account details and successfully accesses your account, they may steal your items and will not be able to request a refund.
- It is prohibited to share account information with other people.
- If you do not comply with the game rules with one (or more) accounts, the game management may impose a penalty on all associated accounts.
§2 NAMES
- Player, guild, and shop names that are offensive, racist, politically motivated, religious in nature, harassing to anyone (player or otherwise), or suggest illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- It is prohibited to use the names of members of the Management on a private character. The character will be deleted without warning or permanently banned upon discovery.
- Mounts or characters with inappropriate names will be modified at the discretion of management.
§3 BEHAVIOR
- Be polite to your fellow players. Insults, threats and sending harassing emails are prohibited and will result in a penalty or permanent ban.
- It is prohibited to advertise external sites not related to 4Prophecy.
- It is forbidden to pretend to be friends with the game management. The staff has no friends in the game, and this behavior will be punished with sanctions.
- Cheating is prohibited and will be punished.
§4 BEHAVIOR WITH GAME MANAGEMENT
- All decisions and instructions of the Management must be followed and respected.
- Do not ask Management for items, gold, etc.
- If you need information, use discord, tickets, or if possible, ask for help from other players.
- Game Staff members use these tags in their names: [CM] [GM] [TGM] [GA] [GA] [OW]
§5 CHAT
- Not all insults are the same; there is no general penalty policy for all cases of verbal abuse. Each case is judged individually by management.
- Using foul language can have consequences even if it is not offensive.
- The official language is Hungarian.
§6 USING HACKS, BOTS AND BUGS
- Anyone who discovers a bug in the game and uses it to their advantage risks having their account banned. If you find a bug, report it to the management immediately, either privately or via Ticket.
- The use of hacks and bots is not allowed: use will lead to Account ban.
§7 Free Kill
- It is forbidden to use characters from the opposing Nation to advance up the honor rankings, solely for the purpose of gaining honor.
- It is forbidden to kill continuously consenting characters of the opposing Nation solely for personal gain.
§8 SELLING ACCOUNTS / ITEMS FOR REAL MONEY
- Selling virtual in-game items and accounts for real money is prohibited.
§9 EXCHANGE OF ITEMS
- The exchange of items belonging to the 4Prophecy server is only allowed within the 4Prophecy server.
- It is forbidden to trade items on the 4Prophecy server for items from external servers/games. In case of violation of the above rule, 4Prophecy reserves the right to take permanent sanctions against the account owner.
- You cannot ask management for a refund for a failed trade of items.
- Items/gold sent in the mail, even if by mistake, are not refundable.
§10 AUCTION/TRADE: ITEMS EXPIRY
- You cannot request a refund in gold or items when purchasing expired or near-expired items from the auction (or from Trade/promotions/letters).
- The player must check the duration of the items beforehand.
